Hi all,
Was taking a trip down memory lane and found this forum... No surprise if you don't remember me, last I saw any of you was on FFXI probably...8 years ago. I almost exclusively played SAM.
Just decided to stop by and say hi... and that I remember Crab League!

Or something. I never played FFXI myself.
Besides, the last time Lucie even watched this forum was over a month ago now. I suppose most either moved on to other games or joined more active groups. I haven't played FFXIV for a while myself. Kinda waiting on other MMOs now (Archeage, Black Desert, stuff like that).

I played FFXIV a while, but was banned for no reason (like many others). A 2 month "investigation" went by and the unbanned me. I decided that was too ridiculous for me to want to come back.
I'm MMO-free again : P.
And yeah... I've noticed people haven't come on here in months/years.

I just dropped by for exactly the same reason 
Hope everyone is doing well and enjoying whatever game they are now playing.
I took a break from FFXIV myself but am as we speak reinstalling it to no doubt find I still find it boring.

Ooh, people.
How is FFXIV doing now anyway? I haven't played it since it shut down before it became FFXIV:ARR.
Playing Archeage now. Didn't buy it myself though, someone else bought the alpha pack for me and a friend. Fun game, combat system is somewhat archaic I suppose but who cares about that when you can place your house nearly everywhere and sail ships, be a pirate and battle THE KRAKEN in one of the biggest bodies of water I've ever seen in MMOs?

Might give it a shot when it launches...
they have a class called the Hexblade.. no idea what it's like but yeah I'm sold

Hexblade is a tough melee class, often built to counter the so-called Daggerspell, one of the most popular mages. The daggerspell uses sorcery, shadowplay and witchcraft to control and nuke down their opponents.
A Hexblade (Battlerage, Defence, Witchcraft) is basically a warrior that has witchcraft of his own to counter other witchcraft users. They often pick skills to counter crowd control, disabling nearly every combo that a Daggerspell might throw at them.
